Mary Garbett

Mary joined Hodde Real Estate Company from her independent brokerage bringing over a track record of loyalty to her clients and company. Mary specializes in farm and ranch, equestrian, and commercial land tracts in the southeast Texas counties of Washington, Waller, Ft. Bend, Austin, Fayette, Grimes, Montgomery, Harris, Colorado counties. Of greatest importance, is her focus on achieving the respective goals of property owners, investors, and end-users.

She has proven to her clients and peers that she is a very capable, detailed, and sincere professional. Through commitment and dedication, she is a driven and persistent broker. Mary has come to enjoy working and closing transactions that are challenging and multi-dimensional; whether simple or difficult, Mary operates with a high level of urgency and service.

Mary is a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving as an International Committeeman. She is a member of Texas Coastal Cattle Women, National Cutting Horse Association, many horse and cattle breed associations, a number of local and national real estate associations. Mary is a native of northern Wisconsin, moving to the Houston area in 1982. Acquiring her Texas real estate license in 2002, she is a lifelong learner on the subjects of real estate and business. During her free time, Mary enjoys time with her Aggie-son and family; working her border collies, horses, and cattle and getting her hands dirty in the family garden. Mary is married to husband, Tom; they reside on their Washington County, Texas farm.
